6. How should I prepare for my appointment? Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup. Avoid using any exfoliating products or treatments 48 hours before your appointment.

7. What is your late/ cancellation policy? We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients have a 11 minute grace period and the client will receive the remaining time of their appointment. No call/ no shows will be charged 50% of their appointment. There is absolutely no refunds on any services.
